Program: How to convert String to Integer value?

Description:

By using Integer.valueOf() method, we can convert String to Integer value.

public class MyStringToInteger {

	public static void main(String a[]){
		String str = "23";
		Integer i = Integer.valueOf(str);
		System.out.println("The integer value: "+i);

}

Class, Constructor and Primitive data types

Class is a template for multiple objects with similar features and it is a blue print for objects. It defines a type of object according to the data the object can hold and the operations the object can perform.
